I would love to go back to normal as soon as the secular and spiritual lockdowns end.

Will You Get Back To Normal After Covid Subsides?
by minimus insome say we will never get back to pre-pandemic days.
others say we should expect to live with masks and social distancing as the “new normal “.
still others are hopeful that we can live life realizing there might never be an end to covid or cancer or influenza but our lives must continue to go on.

Project Blue Beam will be fake, just like the cry of 'peace and security' will be.

Yes. I don't think the GT is imminent at this time. I think we'll go back to normal (for a few years?) and then the GT will start.

I think NDEs are just hallucinations caused by an oxygen starved brain.

Do old time present day active JW`s genuinely believe in overlapping generations ?
by smiddy3 infor the life of me i can not come to terms with old timers in the "truth" who could swallow this interpretation of scripture about an overlapping generation .. when jesus spoke about "this generation" .
are their any real bible students among younger ones any more ?.
here are 3 bible scriptures that confirm a generation is approximately 40- 50 years long give or take a few years .. 1. matt:1 :17 abraham born 2016-18 bc jesus born 2 bc approx.

Their current understanding is that the anointed have to receive their final seal before the GT but they don't have to die until just before Armageddon.

the GB has just cancelled the next two years
by neat blue dog ineven some democrats are advocating for reopening society, and are at least hoping for some point in 2021, but the governing body just announced that they're canceling the assemblies in 2022 as well, aiming to restart in 2023. .
they're really milking this 'pandemic', because as soon as things go back to normal that sense of urgency will start to die again, and publisher counts / meeting attendance will go down as well.
i wonder how many jws are suffering form (additional) depression from this as well, because with meetings, assemblies and conventions at least you could see and meet new people, as well as socialize.

smiddy, I gave you the dislike because what you said contradicts the Bible at Isaiah 33:24.

In my opinion, fading is the best way to leave JWs. It's the least traumatic.

I like the assemblies/conventions being online, but I hate Zoom. I want to go back to the KH and the door-to-door work.

Eternity...with or without Jehovah?
by Salamanda indo jw's believe that when they finally make it to the paradise earth, that jehovah will continue to dwell in heaven?
basically, that they will not get to be with jehovah forever?
if this is the case, does this bother faithful jws?.

Salamanda, in answer to your original questions: yes, correct, and no.
